ФК “Минск” - “Днепр” Могилёв. ЧБ-2011. 12 тур. (by goradby)

If you ever wondered whether Belarus is a safe country, just check out this evidence. A lack of football hooliganism among fans of Minsk. Everyone is chill and laid back…quite unlike Moscow, or any other city in Eastern Europe. More confirmation that Minsk is the best place to study Russian.

hm, wait, how can the only non-neoliberalized eastern european country be like the only one without entire stadiums bursting out in nazi salutes

[The pursuit of happiness can reach fruition only with a new revolution] that will finally do away with the exploitation of man by man in all its insidious forms. That revolution is inevitable, and until it is consummated all the glowing phrases so oft repeated about the light of civilization and the glory of the century will remain mere language for the convenience of privileged egoists.

as is my wont it’s turned into this weeklong project and a multi-page word document

i’m trying to put a balance of second- and third-wave stuff on it and one of the things i’ve noticed is that in a toooooooooon of third-wave books they refer to women as “girls” or “chicks”

fun fact: my proto-feminist experience was hearing a song called “that’s what girls do” that used the word chick and my mum raging because it was demeaning to women.

Where have you defended fascism? linksplz?

i haven’t really gone in-depth with it, but i’ve defended peron and other people sometimes called left-fascists (like the strasser brothers) as progressive. whether you consider peron to be fascist depends on your definition i guess

hi my name’s propaganda duende and i’m starting a flamewar with a spam tumblr about stalin

when neoliberals attack stalin to attack socialism, you gotta defend stalin to defend socialism
